Piper Sonoma Brut Rosé is made in the Traditional Method used in Champagne
with the second fermentation taking place inside the bottle. Aged on lees for a
minimum of 11 months and blended with 20-25% reserve 1499 wines, this fresh and vibrant sparkling wine pairs marvelously with salmon ceviche and duck.
